Maghanap ng Trabaho ay Medyo Mahirap

Fresh Graduate

Subrang saya ko nang grumaduate ako, akala ko yung na ang simula nang maginhawang buhay kasi makakatrabaho kana at makakatulong sa family mo. Atat na atat ako mag trabaho, nag apply agad ako sa ibat ibang ahensya o companya. Ngunit lageh naman akong bagsak sa interview kasi di ako masyadong confident sa sarili kong sumagot sa mga tanong. Nag try din ako mag apply sa call center, mas lalo akong na dismaya kasi di ako naka pasa sa interview panay english kasi tapos ang sabi sakin di daw maganda ang pronunciation ko.

Job Interview

HAHAHA! sabi nang classmate ko sakin magaling daw ako mag english sa school lageh daw silang humahanga sakin. ngunit di nila alam na katuwaan lang yun. Kasi madali akong nerbyosin sa job interview. Sabi nang cousin ko sakin may mga technique daw na dapat gawin at di dapat gawin sa job interview:

1. Pray - kailangan natin ang gabay ng Panginoon at basbas upang matangap sa trabaho. Ang Dios kasi ang may alam sa lahat nang nasa atin. Manalig sa panginoon at tangapin kong may mga di siya ibibgay kasi may masmaganda siyang plano para satin. Jeremiah 29:11 For I have plans, plans not to harm you but to proper you to give hope and a better future.

2. Have an eye to eye contact - sabi nang mga kaibigan ko dapat daw natin na titigan sa mga mata ang ating interviewer upang makuha natin ang kayang atensyon. Atensyon na ikaw ay may presence of mind ka sa ginagawa mo hindi yung magopapansin ka at manindak nang tao na titig. Ang eye to eye contact ay isang uri communication gamit ang mata. Eto rin ay nagpapahiwatig na ikaw ay may good communication skills.

3. Wag masyadong galaw ng galaw sa kinau-upoan - eto ay nagpapahiwatig ng negatibong ugali na ikaw ay di calmado sa mga bagay-bagay at madaling mainip. Umupo nang tuwid upang di antukin at nerbyosin. Ang pag upo sa upoan na may proper grooming ay advantage sa job interview kasi makikita na ikaw ay organisado na tao.

4. Sumagot nang tuwid diritso - ang pagsagot sa mga tanong ay ang pag obserba sa iyong attitude na basihan sa trabaho kung ito ba ay bagay sayo na trabaho o hindi. Ito ay importante kasi eto ang pagkalap nang dagdag impormasyon laban sayo. Eto rin ay pag verify sa iyong inilagay sayong resume.

Ang importAnte may tiyaga kahit di agad matanggap. May ibang para sayo, ito marahil ay di ka bagay sa trabaho na yan at may ibang plano ang panginoon.

Pag matanggap sa trabaho wag kalimutan magpassaslamat sa Dios.

PRAYER

Prayer is important

The bible was reminding us to pray without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5:17. How important prayer was? Let us remember that Prayer was the primary method of communication between God and man.

Through prayer we will be protected from all possible harms and danger. The Lord will sent His holy angels to watch over us. Psalms 91:11. 

In the book of Matthew 26:41 tells us to "watch and Pray" that we may not enter into temptation.

Aside from protection that we can ask from God, blessings also can be granted if we ask our creator and believe in Him.

The power of prayer

Prayer was a powerful weapon that can be used to defeat Satan from all his evil plans among us. It serve as protection to us spiritually and physically. 

In the old testament, there was a man who prayed three times a day. His name was Daniel. Despite of the treat that he was facing through praying to our God. Daniel still hold up his faith to the Lord and pray, because of his action he was being thrown into the Lions den where God shows His miracles of protecting  Daniel by sending His angels to watch Daniel through the night. Daniel was save and prayed.

Prayer opens the gates of heaven. It is our greatest armor against trails and sufferings, it can change and inspires life, it an be a source of medicine and mos of all it builds a strong relation with God.

How To Pray

In John 14:13-14 Jesus tells us that we should ask anything in His name, that He will do, that the father may be glorified in the Son. Let us ask the Lord in His name and He will be responsible for anything that you ask.

Note: In this statement, we were obliged to glorified the father when we pray through Jesus Christ His Son. This doesn't mean that we must worship on any graven image or idols that were made by men.

What was the scriptures tell us about worshiping idols?

1 John 5:21 says "keep yourselves from idols".

There were three answer of God in our prayer. Its YES, NO and WAIT.

Kinds of prayers that are going to be answered by God

1. Prayer of the Upright. Proverbs 15:8, 29
2. Prayer of faith. Matthew 21:21

Kinds of prayer that are neglected by God

1. Those who regards iniquity in their hearts. Psalms 66:18
2. He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law. Proverbs 28:9

Kinds Of Prayer 

• Pray in secrets - prayer indoors and have one on one talk with God (Matthew 6:5-6)
• Pray for the Family - purpose to secure and bless the family (Jeremiah 10:25)
• Pray in Congregation - Give thank to God (Psalms 36:18)
• Pray before Eating - bless the food for proper nutrition, a thanks giving( Luke 24:30)

Remember Jesus teach us how to pray!

"Our Father which art in heaven hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done as it is on earth, give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our dept as we forgave our debtors and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil for thy is thy kingdom and thy power and thy glory forever amen". Matthew 6:9-13

Prayer includes adoration to our creator, confession from our transgression, thanks giving for the blessing and protection and lastly supplication.

Simply saying its ACTS

MAN NEEDS SALVATION

 Salvation is saving man from the consequences of sin, especially from the deliverance of eternal death. Sin originate from heaven, when Lucifer the most beautiful and wonderful angel of God rebelled against his creator. There was great war in heaven.

When God created the earth, Lucifer also called Satan, after his fall, plans to invade the human race to prove to that our creator was not love but to be feared.
Satan was successful of his plans among men but of Creator love men so much does he plan for redemption.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23

Through whom is salvation possible?

"be it known unto you all, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. . . Neither is there salvation  in any other: for there is none under in heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:10, 12 and read Matthew 1:21

What is man's condition?

1. Men is born in sin. Psalms 51:5
2.Men understanding is darkened. Ephesians 4:18
3.His heart is full of evil. Jeremiah 17:9
4.His Spiritually dead. Ephesians 2:1

Is it possible for man to change his condition all by himself?

No!
"can a Ethiopian change his skin? or the leopard   his spot. then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil." Jeremiah 13:23

What does man need in his quest for salvation?

1. bible/ holy scriptures( as guide and correction) 2 timothy 3:15
2. to seek God. Isaiah 45:22
3. Believe in the gospel of Christ. Romans 1:16
4. Look for Christ return. Hebrews 9:28

We must obey and follow Jesus if we want salvation. Jesus said "if you LOVE me keep my commandments" John 14:15.
By Him we will be made perfect. He is the author of eternal salvation.

By Faith in Jesus Christ we can have salvation. We will be save from eternal punishment which is death. The sinned that was committed by our first mother and father which is adam and eve was being nailed on the cross by Jesus Christ. By faith to Jesus we were partakers of salvation. We are saved.

Yesterday I've witness one of the amazing events happen in a remote village in Baybay and
Feel the compassion that the Lord have given unto us. How delightful I am to be part of this event, to pray for the goodness of others and listen to their heartaches.

Tears and smiles on their faces you can see,
these can ease the hardship of all efforts that we made. Despite of the small blessing we have,still sharing and caring for others can make happy. Our Lord commanded us to love our neighbors as ourselves, those people that are lease as we have. I've feel that I am more lucky than they are. Living in a small house that almost fall down, their living room is their kitchen, their kitchen is their bedroom. Their means source of income is just a small farming and they are struggling to buy their needs due to low income. When disease strike to their health they can't even go to the doctor to be healed. Looking at their appearance you can identify that they lack something.

By singing and giving a little gift gives hope to those people.
Always share your little blessings guys and give hopes to others.

Authorized Things to do During Sabbath

WORKS THAT ARE NOT ABOMINATION IN THE LORD DURING SABBATH

The Lord gave man some instruction about the Sabbath to keep it and observe throughout our generations. The bible tells us many responsibility during the Sabbath that we should not do any work because he has given us six day to do all our work but there are some text in the bible that prove that there are some exception.

1. Eating. The bible tells us in Exo. 12:16 that we every man must eat. The Lord is always concern with our appetite He does not want us to hungry when praising Him. That is why we must eat during Sabbath. 

2.Preparation Of Food. Lots of people now a days are having debate about cooking during Sabbath. They are arguing that cooking during sabbath is prohibited because there are statement in the bible that we must not make fire. But  there are also people in the bible that they prepared food every Sabbath. The son of a priest prepare a food every Sabbath. They even made and ointment of the spices. They made it in pans the bread this can be found in 1 Chronicles 9:30-32.

3. Guarding. During the time of the old days of Jehoiada when the times of the young prince Joash 2 Kings 11:5-8.Jehoiada the high priest commanded his men to watch the house of the Lord, the gates in order that Joash will not be slain. It was never stated in the bible that they trespass the Sabbath and commit abomination. The Lord wants us to be watchful every time. 

4.Healing The Sick. Jesus is the greatest man in the bible. He is also the greater healer. During his time He even heal the sick one during Sabbath day that is why He is being criticize by the pharisees. Jesus answers prove that it is not an abomination doing good during Sabbath, by helping others. Matthew 12:10-12

Therefore, doing good during Sabbath that is not selfish,not for you own satisfaction but for the goodness of other will not be an abomination to God. Sharing His Compassion among mankind will be a great joy of God.

Searching For The Right Thing to Do

Spending a lot of time in the computer makes me feel great but there something that I seems don't understand. There lots of ideas in the internet telling and inspiring us to pursue in online business.
Lots of people are talking about different websites that you can use to make money online, but the problem is what are the requirements they don't tell what the right requirements and steps to do in order to be effective in online business. They are talking about concepts and tips how to succeed suggesting sites to be involve but once your on the site it seems confusing that's why me myself and I as a newbie on money making online is confused and stressed by lots of information i read and watched videos still cant do anything. I am writing this in order to identify what is the right thing to do?

Always double check

Yesterday I've just arrive from Leyte, during my trip there are lots of things that happened to me. Since I was traveling alone, I need to be more aware of my stuff to secure them from bad persons. Luckily I've arrives in my house safely, thanks God. But during the trip there are things that I cannot forget. First is that I waited for more than four hours on the bus terminal that let me observe the different actions of the people. It is really true that waiting is hard and boring. Observing the people around me made me notice about who are the people trying to deceive you and trying to help you. Those people trying to deceive are people that are trying to help you at first but has a return to pay with a greater cost.These people are the eager to convince you to believe them they will tail you until you gave up and listen to them. Since I was just sitting at the chair many persons came and convince to buy ticket early so that I will be reserve for the bus. Since I was aware of their strategies I didn't listen to them. They are trying to tell me that I will regret in the end if I will not buy the ticket early cause it will be easily sold out. I ignore them and they walk away.

Few minutes after that person totally surrender to convince me I ask the security guard and other driver what time will be the coming of the bus. They told me after four hours the bus will arrive. After that a man ask me "where are you going?" I replied "home". In an instant we talk a lot and he offers to me some of his products. Regardless of his convincing power to sell his product I don't have enough budget to buy his product. Besides of what he sell we also talk a lot of things like his history, beautiful places to visit and many other. It almost made me forgot that the bus has arrived already if doesn't remind me. He even help carrying my things without any returns. I was amazed by that man because he cant walk normally. But his situation doesn't means that he cannot do service or work with integrity and honesty.

After I refuse to buy He never mention to me again about his product but his life.

Have you ever experience this scenario?
when a beggar comes to you asking for a penny?

Well, yesterday I was in a eatery in Davao city when a boy came to me asking for pennies. As a Practical person I didn't gave the boy some pennies that easily. I ask the boy why? he is begging for money? the boy is a little bit dirty, no slippers and thin. The boy said I am hungry.
To test that boy if he is saying the truth i gave him 5 pesos and walk away.

Far beyond i look back at the boy. I was so embarrassed of my self being selfish to that boy. the boy bought a a rice amounting five pesos and run inside to get some free sauce and eat with a smile in his face.

My heart was being teared apart of what i saw.
That day made me realize that i was so lucky to eat 3 times a day. pity on that boy.

The next day when i came back to that eatery with my girl friend a girl came to me asking for pennies again. I look around wondering if the boy is around.
I ask the same question again. the Girl answered the same answer with the boy.
that moment it is fixed on my mind to gave her food, but i was shock of her behavior. The girl run to the saucer get some sauce and prepared a table for herself to be ready for the food to be ordered and then look unto me. I didn't told her that i will have a order for her.
Since it is fixed in my mind to gave her food, after we finished our food with my girlfriend i walk cashier paid our bill and ordered food for the girl.
That day was a question to me? the girl didn't even say thank u and smile..
its annoying but feels good in some other part.

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

Banana Plantation Restricted area to take Picture

Prohibited area to take picture in Mindanao. when you passed this please don't take pictures if there is a security guard. Take only pictures when they are not around. Lucky i got one picture.  Every five minutes there is a security guard roaming around monitoring the area riding in their bike.
